Just got a call today from a riding buddy who told me Brewster Trails now have No Trespassing signs in the center of the park, East of powerlines, South of Nelson Blvd. For those of you who don't know that parcel of land was sold a few weeks ago and the new owner is staking his claim. I suppose you could ride the perimeter trails but sad to say that doesn't amount to much right now without some connectors. Wasn't the most awesome place to ride but will always mean a lot to me since they were so close.

It was just a matter of time. I'm sure the new owners don't want the liability of mountain bikers riding their property. I heard the possibility of establishing more trails behind he funeral home on top of the hill. But with the Watershed being off limits and now the new parcel, not much over there I really want to ride. Another reason just to stay at Ninham.

latest on Brewster is that the new owner is cool with the mountain bikers and will continue to allow them to ride the trails. May be some kind of waiver to sign, but trails will be open
